We recommend bringing layers- sweatshirt, sweater, etc.- especially in the early and late season (May, September, and October). You are welcome to bring food and snacks on board with you.

A launch boat will shuttle you out to the boat which will be located in the mooring field of Newport Harbor. The launch boat ride is free of charge. You will meet the launch boat along with one of our crew members at Old Port Marine Services located at 1 Sayers Wharf, in between the Black Pearl and The Mooring Restaurant.

Since you will be taking a launch boat out to meet the boat you will be required to climb from the launch boat on board Tree of Life while it is pulled up along side. It is perfectly safe but worth mentioning as there is some physicality to it.

Please arrive to Old Port Marine Services no later than 45 minutes prior to your trip. We do not offer refunds for late arrivals/ missed trips.

Cancellations 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. A partial refund will be given for any reservations cancelled after the 24 hour cut off. Inclement weather cancellations will result in a full refund.

Beer, wine, Prosecco/ champagne, water, and seltzers are available for purchase during all of our sails. We accept cash and credit card.

Adult tickets are $125/ person. Children 12 and under are $50/ person.

There are bathrooms on board below deck if needed. We recommend using the bathroom before you board the boat.

Our hard working crew appreciate and rely largely on tips! Cash is always best and appreciated. Groups of 6 or more will automatically be charged 20% gratuity to their bookings.

We are available for private charters for 2 hours or more. We can customize your charter to include catering, decorations, etc. We have coolers and a refrigeration system on board. Our captain is a licensed wedding officiant and has married many couples on board various boats!

We are also available for overnight week long excursions for up to 6 guests with 3 luxurious staterooms.

SY Tree of Life has three luxurious staterooms below deck, each with their own private en suite shower and head (toilet). Our aft stateroom has a king sized bed while our two mid ship cabins have french doubles- perfect for a couple or two kids.

We are available to sail throughout New England from May - October for week long charters. Please inquire here if you are interested in finding out more about pricing and availability.

We do not have age requirements for children and can accommodate all ages on board. SY Tree of Life is comfortable and safe for kids. We ask that every child is accompanied and supervised by an adult/ guardian at all times. There are children’s life jackets on board however we recommend bringing your own if you prefer your child to wear one.
